Nytränad, nyduschad
Jag, efter ungefär 17km jogging, 65 pull ups, 100 push ups och en skön dusch.
Påpekar att jag började springa ungefär 30 minuter innan fotbollskillarna, och slutade ungefär 10 minuter efter.
Taniga och långsamma fotbollskillar, de borde definitivt valde IT istället för vad de nu valde! :-D
Helt krasst; vi IT-killar är Optimala! :-)

Förresten, har fyndat några böcker. Mer om det en annan dag. Kanske.Go figure.
